  My last senior collie had a sinonasal chondralsarcoma. I chose not to go down the traditional treatment route of radio/chemo as he would have hated all the vet treatment required. I saw Nick Thompson (http://holisticvet.co.uk/) throughout his illness and used holistic treatments and diet alongside more traditional treatments such as long term antibiotics to fight the near constant infections, and pain relief. He lived for 2 happy years post diagnosis - I wasn't popular with my usual vet, but I'm still content that I made the right choice for that particular dog.

I need to find a diet that is soft, soothing and yet gives him the vitamins he needs.
