  Does anyone have any information on the OC animal shelter ? My dog is currently there, I've been trying to get to him out but I've been told to come back Tuesday. ( I've been trying since yesterday afternoon) I've read online and over their voicemail, that I can in fact retrieve my dog if his shots are up to date and registered with them.
