I am a dog groomer and a horse rider , in the last year my back has tied up and my muscles are torn to shreds ..   Richard Totalbodyandfitness a Personal Trainer at Energie Fitness Club Newbury. Level 4 qualified in remedial therapy, qualified sports masseur and has access to the gym/pool - also works with Tom at rosiertherapy.com. We also have a physiotherapist on site that accepts GP and insurance referrals....
