  Bruce - there was a lawyer named Lou Patack who occasionally helped us out at Refer. After researching it, I found there is still an attorney in Albany by the name of Louis J. Patack. His work number is shown as 518.463.6716. Another possibility is Dick Gallo, who also still lives in the area. He's a lobbyist and might be able to refer you to an attorney.
