  I am trying to find out where I can go to get help/info on a renters rights when it comes to a landlord trying to impose rules and new rates. I know there are certain rights a renter has and a landlord has, but I need to know where to go to find it. We have been in the same place for several years so we don't have a binding rental agreement anymore. Any help in the right direction would be great, thanks.
