  Trish I would recommend calling Barrie Wray - he does a lot of my house deals, but also does wills. He is not fancy, and you wouldn't know he was a lawyer , but he is very down to earth , treats everyone respectfully , and he is very reasonable cost wise. His number is 519-753-1333
