  Need quotes for major building works when I get back to London: Knocking walls down, new kitchen & bathroom, remove existing fitted wardrobes and build new ones, new lighting throughout, move radiators etc....... Not looking forward to the disruption but the results should be worthwhile. Can anyone recommend a good builder and/or architect who can work in central London?

  Isn Hyman 020 8458 2525. He is a surveyor who will recommend architect, builder etc and oversee the whole job. I worked for him for many years. Based in Hampstead Garden Suburb and doea a lot of work in Central London. Look up www.ianhyman.com
