  I'm not 'friendly with' in the sense that I could get you an insider deal, but I've used this lot twice for flowers for my Mum and they're really friendly people, (Jackie and her Mum), based on the Moor in Falmouth. Excellent flowers, excellent taste, easy delivery service. You can describe the vibe of what you'd like over the phone and trust their judgement (i've done this once and it worked a treat), or go in and choose what you think would go well together, (I've done this as well, fun), describe the person they're for and let them help/choose/decide for/with you, or just allow your ideas to be moulded by their many years of experience.
