  Has anyone had an experience with Marks Custom Exteriors in St Helens? We called them out for a leaky roof and they no showed and now aren't answering calls. We wanted to use someone local as our house is in St. Helens. Any other recommendations for other reliable roofing companies? Need someone asap

  We call as soon as we know we can get a roofing technician there to address a leak. We tell everyone that calls that we cannot give them an exact day or time as we cannot predict how long each repair will take. We are doing the best with the man power we have and the weather interferences, while completing the jobs were are under contract to complete. I hope you all understand that we want to help each and everyone of you, we really do. And we appreciate our local customers very much! If you have a major leak we try to get at least come out to tarp it if we cannot complete the repair at that time. If you have any questions or concerns please call me at (503) 397-2215 😊
