(I'm thinking a referral from a dentist for an oral surgeon will allow my health insurance to cover it). Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

  Dr. Korwin. He's off 35 in Middletown in the same plaza as 5 Guys (across from Whole foods) nearing Red Bank. I know he uses "Calmistry" - pretty sure he does sedation too. He's awesome. (732) 219-8900
