  No one in the history of homes has known less about buying or selling one. And I hesitate to even say this, because now you're going to ask me a question. But we sold our last house without a realtor, which is surreal to me. But we used a website, homeyeah.com (man I hate that name), about 12 years ago, and with no problems.
