Alair Homes Toronto is an entirely new brand of contracting company. Our philosophy is very simple; we want to get on the same side of the fence as our clients and become completely unified in our goal of achieving an incredible product, on time and on budget. We know that there is only one way to do that–with transparency. Every project is an open book to our clients. Budgets, trade quotes, trade contracts, material costs, absolutely everything. So far I am most impressed by Robert May of Alair Homes. 416-988-1661 Robert.may@alairhimes.com. I like the transparency they offer (no hidden up charges on subcontractors) They charge a 10-15% fee where you see and can contribute names to subcontractor quotes. Anyone who has used them care to comment?
