Does anyone know who to contact about finding a free advocate for IEP's? I feel there may be some things that need to be handled with the Chilld Study Team at Ella's school and I need back-up!!!
Can anyone recommend an advocate that maybe specializes in Dyslexia that would be able to offer assistance at an IEP meeting (I'm in Ocean County)? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hopefully you'll get some recommendations hereā¦ but you can also try contacting the Statewide Parent Advocacy Network at www.spannj.org, 800-654-7726 and ask for their referral list for attorneys and advocates. Be sure to interview any prospects specifically asking them for their knowledge of dyslexia related issues.
