  Try Titan Roofing 702-597-0878. Unfortunately licensed roofers have a lot at stake when they do any repairs that's one reason they are expensive. Simple repairs?? painting eves or replacing a couple shingles, maybe a handyman can do that if FHA isn't asking for a receipt.
