  Qu: " I'm looking for a necklace that has a broach at each end so it can be attached to the straps on the back of my wedding dress. I know this will need to be made. Saw a lady beginning of march who was going to design one, each time I contact her I get its almost done etc. beginning to loose faith I'm based in the West Midlands can anyone recommend someone please. The necklace the lady was going to do was going to cost about £60 so ideally don't want to go much dearer and it was going to be 2 layers a mixture of pearl and Swarovski crystals that hung low across my back. got photos of what I'm after.
