  Ours comes from a small farmer near Barrie. There's lots of options closer to here though. I know a big one is Big Country Raw and there's another one but I can't remember the name!

  Big country raw is great, and has a lot of options for starting out. Down the road, as you learn more, you can just do it yourself. Talk to your local butcher. You can get all kinds of things for cheap from there.
