I've been struggling a lot and catharting in unhealthy ways, so I think counselling could be a good start to ending this. Does anyone know any good, affordable therapists in the London area?   I've used it for mild depression. Like Lee I've not heard of that usage. Always worth having a one off consultation first to see if client/ counsellor can work together. Try bacp.co.uk.
