  I visited the little town of Rockport, MA on a sailing trip a few years ago. It's a picturesque little town on Cape Ann, near Gloucester (the fishing village from the movie, "The Perfect Storm", if that gives you an idea of the look/feel). I can't speak to specific accommodations, as we slept on board the boat while there, but there are cottages etc. for rent in the area... http://www.rockportusa.com/
