Does anyone know the Christmas opening times for the vets in Northleach or Stow? And if they are open tomorrow at all?
Amanda P. replied:
Should normally be 4:15 pm – 5:15 pm tomorrow in Northleach, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm up at Stow, but not sure if they are running different hours because its Christmas Eve. Best thing would be to give them a call first thing 01451 830620

Casvet, at the dog shelter in Chelt are also very good.( They don`t do call outs). I use them for vaccinations, flea and wormers because they are a lot cheaper than Stow vets. Stow vets do however have a small daily service in Northleach in a small building on Farmington road, near the town centre, which is really handy if your dog doesn`t travel well. Casvet phone # is01242 530056 Stow # is 01451 830620. I have heard the pets at home vet is good too.

We have our cats at stow vets as they have a healthy pets club. You pay so much every month and get all your vaccinations, flea and worm treatment throughout the year a lot cheaper than if you just went there to get them individually. Also very convenient as in Northleach.

We used to use Stow Vets but changed to Dragon who are at Cheltenham racecourse, really lovely vets and have been brilliant with past and current dogs. Not easy to get to by public transport but have a large car park if you drive.
