  Georgetown Pediatrics, particularly Dr. Sue Chastain and Dr. Annette Hinchcliffe at the Johns Creek location. As for veterinarian: Hamby Road Animal Hospital. In case of emergency: All Pets.

  GeorgeTown pediatrics, they have locations in Alpharetta, cumming, and Johns Creek. Always able to get you in for same day sick visits, and great about getting Sports forms or school forms to you quickly.
