  Micki Gibbs - Wash n Wear cuts - she's FABULOUS. She's in Encinitas on the Coast Highway. 760 846 0585 No website - she's all referral based. And she's the sweetest person in the world. A true artist with hair, cuts how it grows, wonderful! $40 for a cut.
