  We go to Needham pediatrics, Dr. Cecala (who may still be out on maternity leave) is fantastic. Shameless plug for my husband's practice as well- he works at Pediatric healthcare at Newton Wellesley (http://www.pediatrichealthcare.com/) which is a great practice- especially if you are looking for a young male pediatrician who won't be retiring before your child outgrows a pediatrician!
