  Does anyone know any good HVAC company. Our electric is is approaching the $230 mark and our house is set at 73 doors and windows closed blinds drawn our house is only 1200 square feet something is going on I think with our attic with the duct work. So would love for someone to come give us a quote or look. We bought the house last October. The electric bill is killing us.

  Assistance Needed! My almost 100-year-old house sits on a sloped lot. Under the front porch is maybe 18" of crawl space. Underneath the back deck, I can walk through a door and stand up - which is what I just did. And it was as cool as inside. Air-conditioned cool. Which means I have serious leakage in my vents. Egad! Please recommend a guy who can find the problem & fix it without ripping me off or charging an arm and a leg! Thanks.

  You may not have a problem at all, because the ground level underneath a home with that much clearance often will be very cool. You might call Brad Beahm owner of AirCo at 843-238-3838.
