Does anyone know where I can get kidney/renal failure wet dog food from - I'm looking for the best deals for my parents 7 & 1/2 year old cocker spaniel.

My 13yr old collie bitch Em has just today been diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease/failure.
She is and has been absolutely fine in herself but I have noted a slight change in her coat and she has had a couple of bouts of sickness over the last few months which was why I took her and requested full bloods.
I need to get her into a renal diet ( would prefer kibble) . Our vets stock Hills and Royal cannin. As I have no previous knowledge of what/ who does this type of food I was hoping that the agility community could give me some pointers and share their knowledge / experiences in this area. Em has supported me through some very difficult years and I Want to do the very best I can for her. Any info would be great. Thanks

I used to buy the Royal Canin Renal canine kibble online from vetuk.co.uk - it was the cheapest I could find but that was a couple of years ago

Vetuk.co.uk is very reasonable. Just checked their 2 kg bags are 4.06 and they have loads of herbs and hay cheap at the moment as well. I have ordered from them before and they are quite quick to deliver.
Can anyone recommend a great waterproof fibre optic collar that will stay on static as well as flashing, its for a Border Collie with quite long hair around neck, thankyou
Dorothy S. replied:
I bought my two Vivid flashing collars and must admit that they are absolutely brill. Good quality material. Fast flash, medium flash, static or sensor mode which turns the collar to medium flash mode when it starts getting dark. Good thing is you don't have to worry about replacing batteries because they charge by USB. They come in black, blue or red. Google prices range from about £10 to £25 for a medium size. I bought the collars from www.vetuk.co.uk and paid just under £25 incl p&p for 2 collars.
Just called at vets to pick up Wormer for 4 small dogs we have been using Program Cost £170 lasts 6 months have reverted to Drontal Plus online same number of dogs for 6 months £13 !I know program covers fleas as well but hey a spray of frontline is all thats needed !
