  We used Ron Allen's construction. (813) 737-9016 When we made our final payment at the end of the job he came back with a lower number we thought. He said it was because we came in under budget on one item. We had already planned on paying the higher amount, I can't imagine that many contractors would do that. He did take a bit longer than he'd originally told us, but it wasn't bad.
