  For plumbing related bathroom stuff, we have had great success several times over with https://www.facebook.com/pages/Tony-The-Plumber-Inc/113660665317356 ... and for wood floors Through the Woods, Inc. did a great job patching our floors with reclaimed / salvaged heart pine.
