  I have their phone number (just used it a few weeks ago). 1-800-728-2847. I have a King County number listed too (with no area code for some reason) 838-6166. We have used them since we moved in (and brought a little mouse in with one of our boxes) a year and a half ago. Have not had a single problem since.
