  the gym is part of the 'Everyone Active' group - so if you join one, you have entrance to all. Checkout www.everyoneactive.com They have recently replaced most of the gym equipment, including the 'spinning' cycles at Hornchurch. And they are planning to rebuild the gym in the next few years in the archery field (next to the parking places) There are options to joining like pay as you go, off peak and yearly
