Vicky W. replied:I use My Hermes too - nice and easy - you do it all online, pay via card or paypal and then drop it off. I have had one problem, but it was because I sent a snowglobe, so not really much of a surprise that it went horribly wrong!

I paid for a parcel to be sent to my son and his girlfriend and the tracking has said it is out for attempted redelivery since 21st may. the hermes website does not give out contacts for local couriers. my son has not had a card through his door. he has checked around the outside of the property and asked with his neighbours but so far no sign of the parcel. when i lived in march a few years ago the regular couriers were Mick and caroline but I have no idea who to contact nowadays. any help will be appreciated.Amy-louise C. replied:Contact number is 0871 246 1583. 8 am to 8 pm weekdays and 8 am to 6 pm weekends
