  When I was in school a cut is/was $5.75 and highlights vary, a partial starts around $30 I think a full head highlight was closer to $60. I don't think I really saw many people pay over $100 for the whole thing cut, color or highlights, some people would get deep conditioning treatments with it and still it was under $100. It really just depends on how highlighted you want your hair to be and how much hair you have. I think they base the price partially off of how much product (bleach and developer) they use.
