  Try my friend Anna Johnson at Super Embroidery. They do other items than just embroidery or screen printing and she might have a connection if she doesn't do buttons. I know they do coffee mugs, bags and other items. She's on vaca right now at the beach. Anyone there should be able to answer questions tho. 602-453-9800. They are at 40 th Street just south of University.
