She feels a bit overwhelmed apartment hunting, so she's hoping to find a good realtor to help her find a place in western queens.   I'm a big fan of Peter Horowitz. Check out his [website](http://www.myastoriarealestate.com) for his listings. He's super helpful and no nonsense. If he says he'll take you to apartment X, you're not going to show up and have him go "oh X is gone, so here is four apartments out of your price range." I also think he's got some good relationships with some buildings so he's got some listings other brokers don't.
