  When I was doing 6.25 mg of DMSA for my son, I split a 25 mg capsule into equal 4 parts and put it in empty capsules. You can order DMSA 25 mg from vrp.com and empty capsules at local stores like vitamin shoppe, whole foods or online at amazon.com. - Angay

  vrp.com for DMSA. I used much, much more oral mB12. Never heard to start with 200 mcg, but there isn't a problem with doing it that way. At one point, I gave 5000 mcg mB12. Oral isn't well absorbed. Starting with 50 mg co-Q10 is good. I have my 9 yr old up to 100 mg now. You are very detailed! Pam

  - B12 dose is low, as others have pointed out, but you could start out that way and ramp up or spread dose through day. You might want to consider using active folate (can get from vrp.com) in case your child is one of those who doesn't metabolize folic acid well. All of mine are. With active folate you don't have to worry about this. - We give carnitine, CoQ-10 and oil together.
