  New Energy Fitness is a little bit more than your budget but is worth every penny. You are not tied into a long contract - can cancel with a month's notice, and you can try their classes pay as you go to start with to see how you like it. It's a really friendly bunch, with small classes and outstanding instructors who really care. The classes are amazing and you'll find things like bosu and hulahoop which just don't exist elsewhere. River Park is dreadful, you'll see people working out in dangerous ways all the time and no-one stops or corrects them. Anytime Fitness is great if you are an experienced weightlifter who wants a cheap place to go, but again has no trainers or help on hand and no classes.
