Your engine is a Lister SR1 from 1969. The Z code in the serial number means it rotates anticlockwise. StationaryEngineParts.com do a gasket set for the engine. I can't help you much with the gen head, however an ST3 or ST5 alternator would be a good match for the motor, you'd need to belt drive it to get 50Hz mains (STs heads typically rotate at 1500 rpm).
