  Does anyone know anyone locally who can clean and maintenance sewing machines? I have an old Necchi sewing machine and for some reason the bobbin tension has been incredibly loose for sewing and has made it unusable in this state. The sewing machine also needs a good cleaning.. It needs to be done cheap as only have about $30-$40 that I can use for this.... Many thanks.
