  Has anyone ever heard of a prozac cream that is compounded by a pharmacy for a cat? My kitty is always urinating on things and Doc says I need to order this cream, but I don't know about that. Prozac for cats? Does anyone have any experience with this? She is a tortoise shell and very finicky. Doc says that is her nature to be like this. She has nothing wrong with her physically. She needs to calm down and relax. We have a new kitty that she is always tormenting. Thanks.

  If you choose to go the compounding way, there is a pharmacy in Torrance that specializes in compounding for animals. It's called Pacifica Pharmacy (http://www.pacificapharmacy.com/). You can talk to Jeff who is the head pharmacist. He could probably tell you if the prozac really does help.
