  I would suggest Dr. Thompson in Kokomo. He is an oral surgeon which its sounds like thats what you need. He removed mine without sedation. It wasn't painful or scary and Im a big baby. He's wonderful....even called me the next morning himself. 2705 S Berkley Rd Kokomo, IN 46902 (765) 453-5444
