  I'd recommend My Tattoo (http://www.mytats.com). Jess does amazing work in both black/gray and color. He did a sleeve for my brother some time back and I'll be going there myself soon. Certainly not cheap but reasonable for the quality of work. Do you have an idea of what you are interested in getting? (i.e. portrait work, asian-influenced, vintage etc.?) It might help folks direct you to an appropriate place for what you want.
