  Abbee Spring Matthews, it's called Kokomo Animal Hospital. Number is 765-453-1207. It's 409 Arnold Ct., Kokomo, IN. Kind of hard to see if you don't know where it is but it's in that little plaza that's kind of behind the McDonald's on LaFountain/Washinton
