  Insurance broker here. Go with an independent agent (find one at [www.trustedchoice.com](https://www.trustedchoice.com)) so they can shop with multiple carriers at once. If you go with a captive company such as State Farm, Farmers, etc, that is the only brand they can offer. An independent agent, especially one that specializes in HNW clients, will have access to the major players such as Chubb, AIG, Nationwide Private Client, and PURE.

  I work in the personal auto and home insurance industry here in Phoenix, so I'd recommend going through an independent insurance agent that can get you a very competitive auto insurance rate and be sure that you are properly covered in case of an accident. You can either just google "insurance agents in phoenix" or go to www.trustedchoice.com and search by your zip code. Edit: Fixed trusted choice URL.
