  Hi. Is anyone on here a building surveyor or can anyone recommend one to do a 'homebuyer survey' ..i have a few names from internet but would rather use someone who has been recommended. Thanks for your help

  I used Tim Stubbs ( http://www.timstubbs.co.uk/ ). He arranged survey time with the previous owner, provided immediate response after survey over the phone and then emailed and posted copies of the report to us and our solicitors. Findings were graded so we could see what needed to be immediately addressed, etc.
