  We have a leaky kitchen sink -- I YouTubed how to change the cartridge, but first I need to figure out how to turn off the water. My husband has no clue...he suggested a plumber. There are three blue valves under the sink -- the cold water one is dripping; the hot water one doesn't budge; and the one in the middle seems to do nothing.
