  I know it's not in Forsyth, but call North Davidson Veterinary Hospital. 336-619-4057 or 336-731-6978. They are in Welcome (near Hwy 52 and Hwy 8). Dr is awesome and old school. He cares about the animals and they will usually work on payment arrangements, as long as your honest with them.

  Just be careful trying to self treat something you are not 100% sure what it is. North Davidson may be willing to work with you. Their # is 336-731-6978...you can call them and ask if they can give you a rough estimate on what some of the exams/tests would cost
