  State roofing may be slightly more but we got a beautiful roof in 2005 and it looks brand new. They even came out and repaired a spot after a huge windstorm at no cost. Life time guarantee. It looks like shingles but is a metal roof. May be worth while to at least get a quote.

  I agree. It really comes down to that you get what you pay for. It's an investment that were talking about. I would highly recommend going with a great, well established company. State roofing is fantastic and they are genuine people with good business model.
