I booked an express wax a week in advance because I am going out of town this week. My appointment was at 2:15 PM, and since I live 20 min away I got to the Rookwood area early. I stopped in Whole Foods, and due to an emergency in the parking lot, got stuck behind an ambulance for a few min. I walked into my appointment at 218 PM, and Ciara (who I had seen probably over 10 times) looked so confused to see me. She said "are you here for me??". She then told me that I was too late for my appt and she couldn't see me. I completely understand wanting people to arrive in a timely manner which I have done so on every other occasion, but to send me away after I have told her previously I do not live close was outrageous. There was no apology, or any offer to Have me reschedule, she literally made me feel like a criminal for being 3 min late. I left so frustrated I was in tears. I will not be back, her work is average but she is clearly lacking in professionalism and customer appreciation. Not to mention I always tip her very well!!
