  Lance Petty with Thompson and Petty Electric. We flip houses and he does all of our electric work. He knows what to look out for and if he sees an issue, he'll explain it clearly, what the effect is, and what an alternative solution is, as well as the costs of each option. He LOVES remodeling work so sounds like your project is right up his alley. Plus he and his helper are both really funny guys. Full disclosure, he's a family friend, but we'd have him do our work even if he wasn't. (502) 245-2141.
