  My family and I have been looking for a house for a while now and Timmins is an expensive market. Your price range is very limited for what you are asking for. Especially if you are wanting the house to be in good or updated condition. You can check out www.mls.ca and put in your search terms for what you are looking for in the Timmins area. The only house I could find that might meet your requirements is 173 Cedar Street North.   You can also take a look at www.mls.ca. You can actually get a realtor to help you look for a rental and, as a renter it shouldnt cost you anything, as the landlord pays the realtors one month's rent from the year long lease. Of course, this limits you to properties listed on the mls system.... But still.... Free help is good! ;) Best of luck!
