  6206728211. I always am able to get a hold of her. Very sweet lady. I've never had any problems with her! Every time I need something she gets right on it! I think as long as you pay your rent on time and don't break the rules, you shouldn't have a problem. And the window being broken in someone's house. He should have had them fix it before he moved in (knowing it was broken).
