  Anyone know an architect or structural engineer that can seal plans, and not charge an arm or a leg? I have plans for ROOT that are completed, no structural changes to an existing building built in 2001 and in order to get a permit I need sealed plans. I have been quoted $500 for someone to put their name on it....ugggh!
